We are especially proud of our homemade ham, “šalam”, pancetta, and other cured meats, which have been aging on the Belica estate in Medana for generations.
Our wine list features selected wines from Brda and nearby regions, complemented by a few renowned international labels. Our multi-course tasting menu is often paired with a wine accompaniment, where the flavors of food and wine come together in perfect harmony.
